McCarthy & Company is the regional host for the Greater Washington area ExecuNet meetings. ExecuNet is the premier job search and career management information network for executives and senior professionals in the United States and Canada. McCarthy & Company hosts two types of ExecuNet meetings. We use the structured networking format and model that has proven to be so successful with our own McCarthy & Company executive network group meetings, which includes: networking, delivering your own personal commercial, sharing leads and market intelligence, and receiving “job search pearls of wisdom”. The Senior Executive Roundtable meetings are for executives at compensation levels of $200,000+, while the Evening Networking Programs are geared toward executives at compensation levels of $100,000+. All provide a controlled, discreet, confidential environment where professionals from different functions and industries can share information. Attendees include executives currently in transition, executives who are confidentially investigating whether they want to be in transition, and those who realize that networking is a critical part of long-term career management and want to keep in touch with the marketplace.
